This is the recipe I used for my little daughters until they have been able to chew. The meat consistency is very fine and children like it so much! - 200 g Meat (you can choose your baby's favourite one)
- 400 g Water
How to prepare the Ground Meat
Pour water in the bowl.
Insert the simmering basket with meat inside it. 15 Min. 100°C Speed 1.
Remove the basket and gather water in a separate container.
Put meat inside the bowl. 3 Sec. Speed 9.
You can serve it alone with some olive oil or you can add it to your baby's favourite pap.
You may use the cooking water to prepare a soup. You mustn't throw it away because all the substances are at your baby's disposal!
