These Potatoes Meatballs with Thermomix are absolutely delicious! You can't stop eating them!
This recipe involves boiled potatoes in addition to the classic minced meat. Potatoes give a delicate savour and help having the perfect consistency.
For Italian people this second dish is always connected to the tradition. Everyone in Italy could say that meatballs are the grandmother's dish...every kind of meatballs! :-). Even Antonietta from Rosarno, which is the authoress of this recipe says it: "My grandmother used to prepare these meatballs very often".

Personally, I can't resist to a serving dish full of meatballs! ;-)
- 300 g Minced Mix Pork and Veal
- 100 g Boiled Potatoes
- Salt to taste
- 50 g Cheese grated
- Black Pepper to taste
- Parsley to taste
- 1 Garlic Clove, crushed
- 1 Egg
- Breadcrumbs to cover
- Oil to fry
How to prepare the Potatoes Meatballs
Put all the ingredients in the bowl.
Mix. 1 Min. 37°C Speed 1.
With this mixture create some small balls, cover with breadcrumbs and fry them.
Let brown and put it on a plate with blotting paper once cooked to let them release the excess oil.
If you want and like, add a little bit of chilli pepper. How do you prefer them?
