Obviously they are a tastier alternative to canned tomatoes!
In Italy this tomato is commonly known as Pachino Tomato because it is mostly cultivated in Sicily, in Pachino exactly. It is very tasty, sweet I'd say, small in size, round shaped. Very nice to see and eat of course!

- 300 g Cherry Tomatoes
- 1/2 Onion
- 20 Black Olives
- 6 Basil Leaves
- Salt to taste
- 50 g Olive Oil
How to prepare a Cherry Tomatoes, Black Olives and Basil Pasta Sauce
Put basil leaves in the bowl. 3 Sec. Speed 7.
Add 1/2 onion in the bowl. 5 Sec. Speed 7.
Add olive oil. 3 Min. 100°C Speed 1.
Boil water in a pan and cook your favourite pasta.
In the meantime, cut tomatoes in a half and put in in the bowl. 10 Min. 100°C Speed Gentle Stirring Reverse.
Cut olives in a half and add into the bowl. 5 Min. 100°C Speed Gentle Stirring Reverse.
At the end of the cooking add salt. 10 Sec. Speed Gentle Stirring Reverse.
When the sauce is ready, dress pasta with it.
Between Pachino Tomatoes, I suggest using Cherry Tomato which is usually easier to find.
