If you feel like a tasty second dish you must try these Beef Roulades stuffed with Olives.

Loredana prepared the roulades using slices of "carpaccio di Scottona" (thin slices of raw meat of heifer). This meat is absolutely tender.

- 120 g Smocked Scamorza, in pieces
- 50 g Green Olives, stoned
- 9 slices of Carpaccio di Scottona (thin slices of raw meat of heifer).
- 9 slices of Speck
- 1 Onion
- 15 g Olive Oil
- 50 g Hot Water
- 50 g Dry White Wine
How to prepare the Beef Roulades Stuffed with Olives
Put scamorza and olives in the bowl. 10 Sec. Speed 6.
Separate the mixture into 9 parts and use it to stuff each meat slice, forming a dumpling.
Wrap each dumpling with a slice of speck and close with a toothpick.
Put onion in the bowl. 5 Sec. Speed 5.
Add oil. 3 Min. 100°C Speed 1. (without measuring cup)
After 2 Min., pour hot water through the lid hole.
Put the roulades inside the bowl. 3 Min. 100°C Speed 1 Reverse.
Pour wine and cook. 7 Min. 100°C Speed 1 Reverse.
Serve them with their own sauce.
