Are you looking for a coeliac friendly biscuit recipe? Here it is a simple recipe to prepare with Thermomix for those who are gluten and milk intolerant.
In this recipe usual biscuits ingredients are replaced by honey, rice flour, corn flour, margarine and almonds, ingredients a gluten or milk intolerant can eat. Eggs remain.
Many people buy Thermomix for this reason: they suffer from intolerance themselves or some relatives of them do and they want to prepare homemade healthy and tasty dishes avoiding spend a lot of money in chemist's or food stores that sell allergy-free foods.
If you are allergic to some food you might often have felt as an "outsider" because you couldn't do what the others did. With this recipe and other ones you will regain your tranquillity while having lunch or dinner because you will be able to prepare and share dishes that everyone can eat.
I often have guests for dinner who are allergic to something. It is something I always asked myself by now. When I invite someone for the first time I always ask him/her if he/she is allergic to something and I don't have problems at cooking because I can adapt the menu thanks to my Thermomix.
This is a Rosanna Franceschini's recipe, she is from Treviso and she wrote: "These are dairy, gluten and sugar-free biscuits. I can eat almost nothing but I still can eat biscuits!!!".
