This Potato Croquettes recipe is really particular because there is also Salmon in it. A deli!
Thermomix allows you to prepare every step of the preparation. Even a light cooking using the Varoma.
This recipe is an Erika's creation.
- 400 g Salmon Steaks
- 700 g Potatoes
- 1 Egg Yolk
- 1 Small Bunch Parsley
- 1 Small Bunch Chive
- 1 Untreated Lemon Peel
- 10 g White Flour
- 30 Grated Bread
- 1 L Water
- Salt and Pepper to taste
How to prepare the Salmon and Potato Croquettes
Prepare potatoes: peel and dice them.
Put them in the Varoma basket.
Place the salmon steaks in the Varoma Tray.
Pour water in the bowl. Place the Varoma and cook. 30 Min. Temp. Varoma Speed Gentle Stirring.
At the end of the cooking chop parsley, chive and lemon peel in the clean bowl. 5 Sec. Speed 5.
Add salmon and blend. 10 Sec. Speed 4.
Insert the butterfly tool and add potatoes. 10 Sec. Speed 3.
Add the egg yolk, the flour, salt and pepper. Amalgamate 15 Sec. Speed 3.
Remove the mixture from the bowl and shape to small balls. Cover with grated bread.
You can cook them:
1) frying them in a pan
2) in the oven at 180°C about 20 Min.
3) with steam for 20 Min. Temp. Varoma Speed Gentle Stirring.
