Cooking can be stressful sometimes especially when you come back home late in the evening and you are so tired you don't want to see even a fork! Thinking you have to prepare for all your family in a very short time scares you. So many mums decide not to prepare a first dish because they think it needs too much time.
Thanks to Thermomix and to this recipe you can prepare a very good sauce in a few minutes and then you only have to wait for pasta to get cooked ;-)

How can you say she is wrong? Of course it is not overloaded with vegetables but greens are there and this is important!
Vegetables are rich in vitamins and mineral salts which are two necessary things for human nutrition. Actually vitamins are essential for the maintaining of our tissues and organs structure, for the synthesis of enzymes and hormones and for the production of energy from food.
A diet doctor who is a friend of mine always tells me: "our body can't product new cells and regenerate without vitamins. Always denying yourself vegetables can cause serious malfunction of your skin, endocrine system and digestive system because our body does not produce vitamins, that is why you must bring them into your body through food".

In this sauce there are carrot, celery and onion that together with tomato give a high amount of vitamins and mineral salts. You must not forget that these vegetables have a special taste together which is difficult to resist! I bet children will eat this sauce without complaining too much!

- 1 Carrot
- 1 Stick Celery
- 1/2 Onion
- 250 g Tomato Pulp in pieces
- Oil to taste (about 30-40 g)
- 1 Knob Butter (optional)
- 250 g Tagliatelle
- Parmigiano Reggiano Grated to taste
How to prepare the Tomato Tagliatelle
Put carrot, celery and onion in the bowl. Ground. 10 Sec. Speed 7.
Gather with the spatula and repeat. 10 Sec. Speed 7.
Add oil and sauté. 3 Min. 100°C Speed 1.
Add tomato pulp and cook. 15 Min. Temp. Varoma Speed Gentle Stirring.
Pour the sauce in an oven dish and add a knob of butter if you like. This will melt with the hot sauce.
Put one litre and a half of water in the bowl and let boil. 12 Min. 100°C Speed 1.
Put tagliatelle in the bowl and cook for the indicated time. 100°C Speed Gentle Stirring Reverse.
If you like you can cook pasta in a normal pot.
Drain tagliatelle and add them to the sauce in the oven dish.
Dust with parmigiano reggiano and serve hot.
You can decorate the dish with some fresh basil cut into stripes. Pretty and tasty decoration ;-)
