Do you usually buy all those ready-to-cook soups, vegetable creams and everything else ready in 10 minutes? Well now you can prepare your own Quick Pea and Cord Soup, healthy and absolutely tastier than what we find in supermarkets!
This pea and corn soup or vegetable cream is a very particular dish, very strongly flavoured because of garlic, onion, celery and bacon. It is not so good for those who have delicate tastes, like children.
This recipe has been sent by Latitia Ruiz from Walvis Bay, Namibia. She wrote: "Nice looking and tasty soup. My own recipe quickly thought out last night! Just the right thing for winter time."
Oh yes it is! A warm soup is just what you need in a cold winter night, plus it's quick and very easy to prepare! Thanks Latitia! :-)
If you like soups I suggest you try these ones: Cream of Carrot Soup, Cream of Asparagus, Mushrooms and Thyme Soup, Pumpkin and Carrot Soup and the very tasty Asparagus Norwegian Soup.
