This Thermomix Potato and Leek Soup is absolutely delicious! It is a treat you cannot refuse for a dinner when you're alone or with your closest ones!
Personally I have a big love for soups, any kind of them. I have tried and posted some very delicate soups like the Cream of Carrot Soup, the Quick Pea and Corn Soup, the Pumpkin and Carrot Soup, the Cream of Asparagus, Mushrooms and Thyme Soup, the Lentil Soup and the very good Asparagus Norwegian Soup.
I know most of them involve vegetables only and I think this is the best thing about this kind of soups: you eat more greens and nourish yourself in a healthier way delighting your taste at the same time! Don't you think it is a fabulous thing?:-)

Ingredients4 people serving
- 500 g Leek (white and part of green)
- 1 Potato
- 750 g Chicken Broth
- 100 g Whip Cream
- 1 Onion
- 1 tbs Oil
How to prepare Thermomix Potato and Leek SoupCut the onion, put it in the bowl and add oil. 4 Min. 90°C Speed 1.
Add the leak, potato and the broth. 20 Min. 90°C Speed 1.
Add the whip cream.
Mix 30 Sec. Speed. 6 and 50 Sec. Speed 9.
If it's too thick, add some chicken broth.
