Philadelphia Cheese and Salmon Mousse with Thermomix

Salmon mousse is always a temptation even if it isn't the New Year's Day. This recipe unifies the strong taste of smoked salmon and the freshness of Philadelphia Cheese.

Just guess who sent me this starter recipe made with Philadelphia Cheese....Yes, the very good Erika from Turin who also prepared two other Philadelphia starters: the Green Olives and Cheese Paté and the Philadelphia Cheese, Tuna, Heavy Cream and Anchovies Sauce!

Three interesting alternatives that involve this fresh cream cheese.

Rita's Advice

Rita Pennone is a Ricette-Bimby Facebook page fan (Italian version of Thermomix-Recipes Facebook page) suggests that you can dress pasta with this mousse, just adding a little bit of water (the water you used to cook pasta) and a little bit of butter before you mix them together.
