
Ingredients
- 1 Egg
- 1 Egg Yolk
- 300 g Vegetable Oil
- 80 g Tuna Canned in Oil, drained and flaked
- 3 Fillets Anchovies
- 10 g Capers
- 20 g Lemon Juice
- 1 Tablespoon Wine Vinegar
- Salt to taste
How to prepare the Tuna Dip with Thermomix
Put drained and flaked tuna and the anchovies in the mixing bowl. 10 Sec. Speed 7.
Add the eggs, the lemon juice and the salt and mix at Speed 5.
Pour the oil while Thermomix is working and mix until you get an homogenous mixture.
Pour the mixture in a bowl and serve.
