Soft Chocolate Cake with Thermomix

Would you like to try a really soft chocolate cake? The eggs are the trick and there are lots of eggs in this recipe, ten! They give softness.

Chocolate cakes can be made in different ways. In this recipe you add Unsweetened Cocoa Powder, always available at home.

You need 20 seconds (read if you don't believe it) to make this chocolate sweet... the oven makes the rest. So you won't be tempted to buy those ready to bake cakes mixes at the supermarket!!!

Everyone likes chocolate cakes, especially children. When Enza Sdino gave me this recipe, I immediately tried it and saved it with the other chocolate cakes snack time recipes for children (and adults too). :-)))

Enza fills the cake with whipped cream and Nutella, she says "it's sooooo yummy!!".
If you don't wanna use cocoa powder, replace it with flour or corn starch.

My Advice

If you don't like vegetable oil, use butter!
