Orange Marmalade Thermomix

titolo

I love filling my pancakes with Thermomix orange marmalade. However, let's face it, orange marmalade also tastes great on rusks. Definitely less caloric and equally tasty. :-)

I often stock up on oranges in winter. Oranges are very rich in vitamin C and, therefore, we always have several kilos shipped from Sicily or Calabria to make the juices. When I have many, many, then I also prepare the marmalade.

Children generally don't like orange marmalade very much. Too harsh for them. They definitely prefer strawberry jam more. As a child, I thought so too, growing up, however, I also learned to appreciate different jams, such as kiwi jam (which you can prepare in this winter period).

I also like to experiment with new jams like sugar-free apricot jam.

I used this jam to prepare a fabulous tart with orange and chocolate marmalade, which is also perfect to dispose of chocolate eggs ;-).
