Ingredients

(for 150 g cocolate chips)
- 150 g of dark chocolate

Let's cook!


Cut 150 g of dark chocolate into pieces of 3-4 cm on each side.

Put the chocolate in the mixing bowl and chop with 3 Times Speed Turbo.

Gather all the chocolate on the bottom well with the spatula and melt 4 Min.and 30 Sec. 50C Speed 2.

Transfer to a pastry syringe, the type used for decorations, with a rather narrow spout, and form the chocolate chips on a sheet of baking paper or on a silicone sheet.

Leave to cool and then refrigerate for 2-3 hours, until hardened.

Use chocolate chips for your sweet preparations.

Tips

If at the end of 4 Min. There are still some pieces of unsolved chocolate, gather them well on the bottom with the spatula and continue 30 Sec. 50C Speed 2.

You can also use milk chocolate.
