Peach Jam Thermomix

Super easy and super good good, the peach jam is my summer recipe!

And do you know why? A little because I make them all the time this season (a few jars for me, a few jars to give away), a little because peaches, like apricots, remind me of childhood!

For me one of the signs that summer had arrived was the fruit basket in the center of the kitchen table full of beautiful, strictly "hairy" peaches. ;-)

Peach jam is good to spread on bread, but you can also fill it with excellent tarts or biscuits. :-D


(for 750 g)
- 1000 g peaches
- 500 g sugar
- One organic lemon (juice)

Let's cook

Peel and cut the peaches until you get 1000 g of fruit.

Put the peaches in a large bowl.

Cover them with 500 g sugar and the juice of one lemon.

Cover the container with cling film and leave to macerate for 12 hours at room temperature, stirring occasionally.

Put the container in the refrigerator for 12 hours and continue to macerate.

After this time, pour the macerated fruit into the mixing bowl and cook 30 Min. 100C Speed 1.

Then 20 Min. Varoma Temp. Speed 1.

Pour the still hot jam into the sterilized jars and seal them tightly.


Special flavor? During maceration, add two cinnamon sticks, then remove them before cooking.

Use your preferred peaches quality.

The cooking time may vary depending on the water that brings out the fruit. It may be necessary to increase or decrease the "thickening" time at Varoma temperature. So, pay attention to this stage!
