Chocolate Chip Cookies with Thermomix

Chocolate Chip Cookies with Thermomix
When I fancy a sweet treat I usually eat two or three Chocolate Chip Cookies like these :-)

They're very easy to make but the greatest fact is that using Thermomix it's even quicker! Very light and tasty, they're perfect for your breakfast or your children's snack.

These cookies are very famous in America of course and I love them because children finally love home-made cookies more than industrial snacks!

If you are a chocoholic like me, pay attention!

While cooking they give off a special aroma and it's very difficult to resist and waiting for them to should at least let them get cold.

If, you like chocolate cookies, I suggest you try the yummy Chocolate Biscuits. Or if you want to delight yourself with other recipes without chocolate try the Honey Biscuits or the traditional Italian Canestrelli.
