Hummus is a typical Middle East dish that can be eaten as a all-in-one dish during hot summer or as an appetising starter during the whole year. It is rich in Fibre, Vitamin C and it contains Monounsaturated fat, those ones really beneficial to our health. It's perfect for Vegetarian people.
- 1 Can Boiled Chickpeas
- 1 Garlic Clove
- Natural Yogurt
- 1/2 Lemon Juice
- 1 Olive Oil Measuring Cup
- Pimentón Dulce (or Paprika)
How to prepare Hummus with Thermomix
Put the chickpeas and the lemon juice in the bowl. 45 Sec. Speed 5.
While the knives are moving, add the garlic clove and the olive oil and increase to Speed 7.
Add salt, cumin, sesame and paprika. Mix 5 Sec. Speed 1-2.
Add the yogurt. Mix 7 Sec. Speed 1-2.
Serve with oil and paprika.
