Do you have guests for dinner and want to prepare a fruit cocktail, slightly alcoholic? The recipe for this Orange, Apples and Sherry Cocktail is the right thing for you then!
It is a creation of Cettina Marchetti, a fan of Ricette Bimby (the Italian version of Thermomix Recipes) Facebook page. She named it "Seduce Cocktail" ("Seduzione Cocktail" in Italian). Like any other cocktail worth of its name here we have the matching of many different flavours: fruity, sweet, fresh, alcoholic and bitter. Apples and oranges, sugar, ice, sherry and tonic water.
When the hot season arrives a cocktail before dinner is always a treat! Moreover, this recipe is not too alcoholic, so maybe you can have an extra sip :-P.
I have never been too much of a drinker and now, with the tummy I drink even less, obviously... ! I must admit that this cocktail is really inviting. It is suitable, in fact, also for those of you who, like me, are expecting a child, and wants to indulge, without risks and lots of flavour, in a little drink. :-P

Ingredients
- 2 Apples- 2 Oranges
- 100 gr Sugar
- 300 gr Ice
- 1/2 measuring cup of Sherry
- 2 small bottles of Tonic Water
How to prepare the Orange, Apples and Sherry Cocktail
Pour the sugar in the mixing bowl and blend it into icing sugar. 10 Sec. Speed 10.Peel the fruit and add it to the bowl, then add the ice. 20 Sec. Speed 7.
Add sherry and tonic water. 10 Sec. Speed 2.
Filter with the simmering basket and serve in cocktail glasses.
