Are you looking for a easy-to-eat dessert to offer to your guests? You must try this chocolate brownies, a simple and easy-to-make recipe to be served.
Dark chocolate gives this dessert a strong and very distinctive savour, and for its fat component in association with butter, it confers these brownies a soft interior which perfectly contrasts with the crunchy exterior crust.
I think they are excellent for children snacks (that's how you can avoid those industrial snacks your children usually bring to school), for an informal dessert to be served to your friends while you are watching television (maybe a World Cup match!!) or during a buffet dinner. One of those occasions where plate and fork are absolutely banned and a paper napkin is enough!
Recipe has been sent by Dario Santoro from Bari, who define them as "fabulous"!!!
If you are a chocolate addicted I suggest you the Sweet Ricotta Cheese and Custard Tart with Chocolate, the Chocolate Liqueur, the Hot Chocolate, the Milk-Free Hot Chocolate and the Profiteroles.
While if you are looking for chocolate cakes recipes you can choose between the Chocolate Cake with Easter Eggs, the Chocolate and Whipping Cream Cake, the Egg-Free Chocolate Cake ,the Soft Chocolate Cake, the Caprese Cake and the Double Colour Cake.

Finally, add the baking powder. 10 Sec. Speed 5.
Pour this mixture in a rectangular pan 18x26 cm that has been buttered and floured.

Do not overcook them. They must result a little bit gooey, but make sure that when you stick a tooth pick in them it comes out, for the most part, dry.
