Chocolate Brownies with Thermomix

Chocolate Brownies with Thermomix

Are you a fan of sweets of American origin? This recipe for chocolate brownies with Thermomix then cannot be missing in your desserts "to do list"! :-)

The recipe is really delicious! I don't always love American desserts, they are a little too sweet for my taste. But I really like this version of the Brownies! Chocolatey, crunchy on the outside and soft in the inside.

In practice, for a doc brownies, the outer surface has a harder crust, while the inside is softer and more humid. In this, it is very important to test the cooking well according to your oven.

I put the hazelnuts as dried fruit, but you can put almonds or walnuts if you prefer.

A few days ago I prepared it for a school party and everyone complimented me! :-) Of course I made a simpler version, without the nuts in this recipe, but it was really a hit!

If you love chocolate desserts, try the chocolate salami.

Pour the mixture into a pan (20x30) covered with wet and squeezed backing paper.

Bake for 25-30 Min., But it always depends on your oven, it must remain soft enough inside.

Tips

You can also use brown sugar or muscovado.

To toast the hazelnuts you have to break them with a classic nutcracker.

Place the hazelnuts on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° for 8 Min.

Check if the hazelnuts are dry and well toasted, otherwise continue cooking for another 2 mins. Do not cook for longer or they become bitter.

After cooking, let it cool in the pan in the air, without covering.
