This Thermomix recipe for the Squids and King Trumpet Mushrooms Risotto is so tasty!
It has been prepared by Rita Picciau! Rita wrote: "My husband asked for seconds, and my son licked his lips even if he already had eaten his dinner...!"
The king trumpet mushroom name is "Pleuròtus eryngii" but in Sardinian language it is called as "cardolinu de petza" and "antunna". Obviously it is less famous then the classic Champignon, but it's worth tasting it!
You can find king trumpet mushrooms fresh or even frozen.
Did you know? The Sardinian language is widely spoken across Sardinia, as well as Standard Italian, the national language of Italy. Sardinian is a distinct branch of the Romance language family, and not a dialect of Italian. The language has been influenced by Catalan, Spanish and indigenous Nuragic elements with some roots from Phoenician and Etruscan.
Sardinia is the second-largest island in the Mediterranean Sea (after Sicily and before Cyprus). It is an autonomous region of Italy.
