"This is my simple and yummy recipe. My children love it and I've called them Potato Croquettes with a Surprise".

- 4 Eggs
- 7 Potatoes Big Size
- 8 Spoons Grated Grana Padano Cheese
- 2 Ham thick slices cut into cubes (100 g in total)
- Parsley a little bit
- A pinch Salt
- 150 g Bread-crumbs
- Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
How to prepare the Potato and Ham Croquettes
Pour salted water inside the bowl until the knives are covered.
Put potatoes cut in cubes in the Varoma basket. Cook 25-30 Min.
Then, take the water out of the bowl and put the potatoes in it. 2 Sec. Speed 7.
Add eggs, ham, chopped parsley and grated cheese and a pinch of salt. 2 Sec. Speed 7.
Prepare the croquettes, roll them in bread-crumbs and fry in abundant oil.
They're delicious! You can make them smaller in size and serve as appetisers. They're like cherries...one leads to another :)

I've tried cooking these croquettes and I've changed the doses a little bit according to my personal needs as I wanted my daughters to eat more ham and cheese.
So I made these croquettes a single course.
I've prepared these croquettes and kept them refrigerated already covered with bread-crumbs. The day after they were more delicious!
Here you are my recipe:
- 600 g Potatoes
- 120 g Ham
- Abundant Parsley
- 40 g Grana Padano Cheese
- 2 Eggs
- Salt to taste
How I Prepare "my" Potato and Ham Croquettes
Cook potatoes. 25 Min. Temp. Varoma.
Cut ham into small cubes.
Take water out of the bowl and chop parsley very finely. 5 Sec. Speed 7.
Add potatoes, grana padano, eggs, ham. 15 Sec. Speed 3.
Then shape into small balls, cover with bread-crumbs and fry.
