- 100 g Sugar
- 250 g Flour
- 2 Eggs
- 100 g Butter
- 1 Espresso Coffee cup
- 1 Milk glass
- a pinch Salt
- 150 g Chocolate Drops
- 1/2 Baking Powder Sachet (about 8 g)
How to prepare the Chocolate Drops and Coffee Cake
Put all the ingredients in the bowl except for the chocolate drops and mix. 20 Sec. Speed 5.
Add the chocolate drops. 10 Sec. Speed 2.
Pour the mixture in a baking pan and bake. 180°C 30 Min.
You can also cook it in the microwave oven. 8 Min. Crisp Function plus 2 Min. Microwave Function.
