The recipe has been sent by Deborah from Cogoleto (GE) who told me this Custard "is perfect for lactose intolerant and gluten intolerant people too, you can use it to fill in both cakes and cannoli".
You can find other two custard recipes on this website to prepare it without those ingredients that cause intolerance: one of them to prepare a Milk-Free Custard, with some ingredients that differ from this version ones and another recipe to make a Gluten-Free Custard, for gluten intolerant people. - 4 Egg Yolks
- 60 g Sugar
- 30 g Corn Flour
- 500 ml Rice Milk
- 1/2 Lemon Peel
How to prepare the Lactose-Free Thermomix Custard
Put the 1/2 lemon peel inside the bowl with sugar. 20 Sec. Speed 7.
Add the egg yolks, the rice milk and the corn flour. 7 Min. 90°C Speed 4.
To prepare this recipe in a quicker way, do not weigh ingredients and put 4 tablespoons of sugar and two tablespoons of corn flour directly.
