Lemon Sorbet Thermomix Alcoholic and Non-Alcoholic: All the Recipes to Prepare It



I'd like something fresh I'd like a Lemon Sorbet! Well, the hot weather is coming and a lemon sorbet is what we need! You can prepare it quickly with Thermomix and have a great result!

It's perfect as a summer dessert because it is tasty and refreshing. But I must say that I also like it in winter. I prepare it especially when a dish is particularly "greasy" and lemon removes the "grease". It isn't so smart to say but I think it renders the idea very well doesn't it?

Lemon sorbet then is good to freshen up a summer mid-afternoon. We could call it a "snack", a fresh and light break.

I don't know if I've given the idea but I like it so much! :-P

In this article I suggest some recipes to prepare the lemon sorbet. In particular you can find 2 main variations: non-alcoholic or lightly alcoholic lemon sorbet.

Non-Alcoholic Lemon Sorbet


Recipe 1
I found this recipe on cookaround. It is Laura's recipe who in turn had it from her Thermomix consultant.


Ingredients


- 150 g Lemon Juice (about 3 lemons)
- 200 g Sugar
- 400 g Water
- 1 small piece of yellow lemon zest


How to prepare the Non-Alcoholic Lemon Sorbet


Put sugar, water and lemon zest in the Thermomix bowl. 2 Min. 50°C Speed 1.

Let it get cold.

Take the lemon zest off and add lemon juice.

Pour in a container and put in the freezer for at least one night.

When you have to serve it cut it into pieces and put it in the bowl. Mix using the spatula for 20 Sec. Speed 7 then 20 Sec. Speed 4.


Recipe 2
This recipe has been given to me by Carmen Donnarumma. It is a very quick recipe! You just need the ingredients and 3 minutes to prepare it with Thermomix! Fantastic!


Ingredients


- 800 g Ice cubes
- 200 g Sugar
- 3 or 4 Peeled Lemons (taking off also the white part (in Italy we say "pelare al vivo").


How to prepare the Non-Alcoholic Lemon Sorbet


Put sugar in the bowl. 15 Sec. Speed 10.

Add lemons and ice cubes. 3 Min. Speed 6-7.

Serve immediately.

Or preserve in the freezer and take it out of the freezer just a moment before serving.


Lightly Alcoholic Lemon Sorbet


I found this lemon sorbet recipe on cookaround. It has been posted by Elle who in turn had it from her Thermomix consultant. Elle wrote: "Has anyone got it? If you are interested in it I tested it and it was very tasty".


Ingredients


- 300 g Milk
- 3 Untreated Lemon
- 100 g Sugar
- 1 Measuring Cup Vodka Artic Lemon


How to prepare the Alcoholic Lemon Sorbet


Pour the milk in a container, add the 3 lemons juice and put in the freezer. Let it get frozen inside the appropriate ice-tray.

Put sugar in the bowl. 15 Sec. Speed Turbo.

Add milk and lemon frozen cubes. 2 Min. Speed 6.

Add Vodka Artic. 30 Sec. Speed 6.

Serve immediately.
