Chocolate Nut Cake with Thermomix

If you have never tasted a Chocolate Nut Cake I suggest you try it immediately, you don't know what you're missing! :-)

This very good recipe has been sent by Elisa from Verona who is milk intolerant and has tried to create a cake using her favourite ingredients (chocolate and nuts). She writes: "The first time I prepared it it was almost scary! Too bad! Then I made some adjustments to the amounts and now it is perfect!".

A very simple cake to prepare (Thermomix does everything) and it can be customised according to personal tastes. You can add to chocolate your favourite nuts: pine nuts or almonds, hazelnuts, raisins, ground walnuts and whatever else you want! ;-)

It is perfect to be served at the end of a Sunday meal or as a dessert for a dinner with friends especially if someone is milk intolerant.
