Strawberry Ice Lollies with Thermomix

A passion for...Strawberries! And when hot days come, an ice lolly is what everyone fancies. So why don't you prepare a Strawberry Ice Lolly? Strawberry ice lollies are a real delicacy...

100% natural ice lolly, only fruit and sugar. It is an healthy snack for you and your children. Fantastic for you because you eat fruit but it seems like you're eating an ice cream :-)). Your children, as mine, will have a lot of fun eating lollies and you know what they are eating, just fruit!

Anyway there is a disadvantage . Eating their lollies my daughters splashed themselves and their t-shirts (bibs didn't work) and spattered chairs, table and floor. Their mouths were dirty. In short, they had such a good time!

I used these quantities because of my ice lolly moulds. I use the I.....kea ones, I'm not advertising it :P. If you have some liquid left over you can put it in the ice cube tray and make some pretty ice cubes to put in drinks and cocktails. I often do so. For example you can add them to the Orange, Apple and Sherry Cocktail.

These strawberry ice lollies are a variation to the Strawberry Ice Cream and the Strawberry Sorbet. Moreover they allow you to eat without milk and eggs in a tasty way. It is perfect for who has intolerance problems, isn't it?

With ice and strawberries you can also prepare the Strawberry Milkshake. Milkshakes are something different from these ice lollies: milkshake is to drink, ice lollies to suck. It depends on what kind of snack you prefer!

I go crazy for strawberries, that's why I can't resist preparing strawberries cakes too, like the Strawberry Tiramisu Cake and the Strawberry Tart with Lemon Custard. What about you?
