Strawberry Ice poles with the Thermomix

Strawberry Ice blocks with the Thermomix
Strawberries what a passion! And when the first warm days begin to arrive, you really want a nice popsicle. So why not prepare strawberry ice poles with the Thermomix? They are just a delight ...

They are called icy poles, ice blocks, sweets/toffees lollies in Australia (it depends from the different areas), ice lolly in the UK, ice blocks in New Zeland, Popsicles in Canada, Steckerleis (Ice on a stick) in Bavaria (Germany). Thanks to all the friends on the Facebook page who showed me their names! it is not always easy for us Italians to understand the exact translation!

A 100% natural ice poles, only fruit and sugar. It is a healthy snack for you and your children. It's great for you because you eat fruit, but you feel like you're eating ice cream :-)). Your children, if they are like mine, will enjoy eating from the popsicle stick and you rest assured because you only gave them fruit.

Of course, there is a disadvantage. My daughters, eating the ice poles, dripped on T-shirts (bibs were useless), chairs, table, floor. The mouth was all muddy. In short, they had a lot of fun!

I have given these doses and these proportions because I have adjusted with my containers for ice poles. Without advertising, I use those of Ikea... You obviously have to calculate based on your molds. If you have a bit of liquid left over, you can put it in the ice containers and make nice ice lollies to put in drinks and cocktails. I do it often.

These strawberry ice poles allow you to eat with taste without milk and without eggs. Useful for those with intolerance problems, right?
