Milk Rolls with Sesame and Poppy Seeds

Do you like bread with seeds? With this recipe you will able to prepare soft milk rolls with your Thermomix, flavouring them with the seeds you prefer, like sesame or poppy seeds.

It’s a very easy recipe, but of big effect. I made them once I had some friends at dinner, and after having eaten them they asked me: “Where did you buy them?” What a satisfaction!

Maria from Rome sent me this recipe.

Maria’s advise

They are already delicious just like that, but if after the first rising you put the dough in the mixing bowl again 1 Min. Dough Mode, your rolls will be even softer.

As for the presentation, before baking you can put them in a circle, a little spaced. While coking they will join together and form a wonderful crown to bring to your table.

If you have to make them for someone who is allergic to egg, you can brush them only with milk.

They are great also covered with oregano or rosemary.
