Gluten-Free Thermomix Custard

Here it is a fundamental recipe for those who want to prepare Gluten-Free sweets: the Custard.

Thinking of her, I decided to start with a "basic" recipe: the Thermomix Custard for those who can't take gluten.


- 500 g of Full Cream Milk
- 100 g of Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 50 g of Corn Starch
- Untreated Lemon Peel

How to Prepare Gluten-Free Thermomix Custard

Put sugar and lemon peel in your Thermomix bowl. 20 Sec. Speed 7

Add the other ingredients. 7 Min. 90°C Speed 4.

My Advice

Adding corn starch instead of flour is what makes the difference between this custard and the "normal" one. Consistency was the same when I prepared it but if you have any interesting variations to add, please let me know!
