Thermomix Meat Balls with Braised Radicchio

This is the Meat Balls recipe to serve with Red Radicchio braised with Wine, obviously red wine.

A complete and very delicious dish that you may prepare with your Thermomix.

- 2 Heads of Red Radicchio
- 1 Green Onion
- 1 Garlic Clove
- 40 g. of Olive Oil
- 50 g. of Dry Red Wine
- 20 g. of Flour
- Salt and Pepper (as much as needed)

For the meat balls
- 350 g. of Minced Veal
- 70 g. of Grated Parmigiano Reggiano (Parmesan Cheese)
- 20 g. of Bread Crumbs
- 1 Egg
- 1 Yolk
- Nutmeg
- Salt

How to Prepare Meat Balls with Braised Radicchio

Prepare your meat balls mixing all the ingredients in the bowl. 15 Sec. Speed 4.

Put this mixture aside and shape as small balls. Roll them in flour.

Fry them in a pan with a little bit of oil and keep them warm.

Wash and clean the radicchio.

Mince the green onion in the bowl. 3 Sec. Speed 7.

Add the garlic clove, the oil and cook. 3 Min. 100°C Speed 1.

Add the radicchio and mince a few Seconds Speed 4-5.

Cook for 5 Min. 100°C Reverse Speed Gentle Stir.

Add the red wine and stir until evaporated: 5 Min. Varoma Reverse Speed Gentle Stir.

Pour on a serving dish and add your meat balls.
