Pandoro Chocolate Salami with Thermomix



Do you still have leftover pandoro after Christmas? Don't throw it away! With this recipe Stefania suggests you an original way of reuse it: the pandoro chocolate salami.

In spite of all the wastes, we recycle everything! And Thermomix allows to prepare tasty things even with leftovers!

Ingredients

- 150 g Brown Sugar
- 200 g Stale Pandoro
- 80 g Melted Butter
- 3 Eggs
- 60 g Cocoa Powder (Nesquik here)
- 1 Small Cup Marsala


How to prepare the Pandoro Chocolate Salami

Put the sugar, the butter, the cocoa and the eggs in the mixing bowl. 10 Sec. Speed 5-6.

It must be well amalgamated.

Add stale pandoro and marsala. 20 Sec. Speed 5-6.

Get the mixture off the bowl, wrap it in an aluminium foil and shape as a salami.

Put in the freezer. After 2/3 hours it will be ready to eat.
