Apple and Yogurt Cake with Hazelnuts Thermomix

Got some apples to use up? Bake an Apple Cake! Here's my friend Silvia's special recipe for a finger-licking yoghurt and apple cake that you can quickly put together with yout Thermomix.

Yogurt always adds that extra softness to cakes, and this recipe also features Hazelnuts, which go very well with apples.

"After trying many recipes from cook-books and blogs, I created my very own by putting together all the best suggestions I found here and there... so well, we can say that I created this recipe! I prefer using red apples, because they are sweet and my children like them more. I also suggest slincing the apples quite thin.
