Sweet Bomboloni Italian Doughnuts with Limoncello Thermomix

You can call them Krapfen or Sweet Bomboloni, but the thing is the same.

This is a very tasty recipe created by Maria Gabriella. Actually, these bomboloni are the sweet version of the savoury bomboloni recipe I posted some days ago.

The limoncello (lemon liqueur) gives a delicious lemon savour to this dessert and doesn't influence with its alcohol content.

Have you ever tried to make these bomboloni involving a different liqueur? I tried to make them with Zabov but the result was poor. :-((( The dough came out too much humid.

The sweet bomboloni with limoncello are better, of course!!

Add some more flour if you need to remove the dough from the edges.

Knead on a floured table and shape as bomboloni.
