Thermomix Sweet Cake with Venus Black Rice Flour

This is the recipe for a very particular sweet Cake. The ingredients include Greek Yogurt and the Venus Black Rice Flour.
Venus Black Rice is a type of medium-grain Italian rice that is known for its natural black and rust colored grains and its pleasing aroma. This recipe has been sent by Antonella who sells Venus Black Rice in a agricultural store in Settimo Milanese. Antonella modified a recipe for coeliac from the blog Il Ricettario di Anna.

If you follow Anna's suggestions at the end of the recipe, you can taste this sweet cake even if you're coeliac.

Antonella told me the venus black rice properties: "It's harder than white rice, it needs more cooking, it doesn't become overcooked, it hasn't received any processing (parboiled rice has instead). It's a good choice for a fish dish. I followed the indications on the basic cookbook to pulverise it

I must be sincere, I've never tasted Venus Black Rice. But this sweet cake is really tempting!
