If you want to prepare home-made Bread with Thermomix you can get a fantastic dough and satisfy your whims as you want.

This recipe involves Wholemeal Flour and it is an Antonella's creation. Antonella modified a recipe suggested on her flour pack following her tastes and exploiting her local products potential.

This is the real power everyone has: using local products in the best way as possible.

So, here you are Antonella's explanations about her recipe. She explained me she used honey to activate yeast in a tasty and natural way. She also used a particular flour, made by different flours and brain sold by "Molino Rosso" (Red Mill). The Molino Rosso company produces different flours. You can find its products in NaturaSi supermarkets in Italy. You may even use any other organic flour.
The Fattoria Maccazzola (Maccazzola Farm) is located in Settimo Milanese and produces very fine type 00 flour. You can replace it with another high quality flour.
