Vanillekipferl with Thermomix: Christmas Biscuits

Vanillekipferl with Thermomix

Vanillekipferl are typical German Christmas biscuits.

Their name hints they have a Vanilla taste and they are crescent shaped.

You may put them in transparent plastic bags and seal them with a ribbon. You could make a beautiful Christmas gift for your son's teachers.

The first time I made them, unfortunately, I got my biscuits too much browned because while they were cooking, one of my daughters woke up and I lost the perfect cooking moment. It happens!

However they were absolutely yummy! My little girls ate them all in a flash.

And so they asked me to do them a lot of times ...
