Parmesan Cheese Crackers with Thermomix

Are you looking for a really delicious appetizer? Here you are the recipe for fantastic parmesan cheese crackers. They're like the famous Ritz Crackers, but obviously more mouthwatering!

This recipe has been sent by Francesca from Rome who also created the recipe of the Olives Meatballs: Fake Ascolana Olives (Ascolana Olives are usually green olives stuffed with either meat or fish, rolled in breadcrumbs and fried).

This recipe is one of Francesca's mother, she seems to be a very good cook!!!!

I'll post a different version of these crackers very soon, it has also been sent by Francesca and it is very tempting. Don't miss it. I don't want to tell more in advance. I just say I immediately tried them!

The picture of these crackers is by Francesca too!

Ingredients

- 100 g Plain Flour
- 100 g Butter
- 100 g Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese

How to prepare the Parmesan Cheese Crackers

Combine all the ingredients in the bowl. 30 Sec. Speed 6-7.

Roll out the dough in a sheet 1/2 cm thick.

I suggest to cover your table with flour and roll the dough out on a greaseproof paper sheet because it is very sticky.

Cut many crackers using a cookie cutter.

Put them on a baking pan and bake at 180°C for a few minutes.

Claudia Valeria's Advice, a fan from Facebook Italian page

You can spread them with the Thermomix ham mousse, they are totally delicious!

Emilia's Advice

You can replace parmesan cheese with caciocavallo cheese! (Caciocavallo is a hard smooth or strong pear shaped cheese from the South of Italy).
