If you want to prepare a finger-licking cake, you must prepare the Nutella and Custard Cake, there's no doubt!
This recipe has been sent to my by Mara from Rovato (BS); it is very easy to prepare and it guarantees a top mark result!
It is a delicacy for your mouth thanks to its soft Custard filling and to that delicious spread called Nutella :-) People who knows me can confirm I am a Nutella-addicted and with my Thermomix I can prepare it at home everytime I want it!

- 160 g Flour
- 150 g Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 200 ml Milk
- a pinch Salt
- 1 Baking Powder sachet
- 3 Tbsp Nutella
- 1 dose Thermomix Custard
How to prepare the Nutella and Custard Cake
Pour flour, sugar, eggs, milk and salt in the bowl. 30 Sec. Speed 4.
Add Nutella. 20 Sec. Speed 4.
Put baking powder. 10 Sec. Speed 4.
Butter and cover with flour a baking pan, pour the mixture in it and bake at 180°C for 30 Min.
Take the cake out of the oven and let it get cold.
When it is cold, cut the cake in a half horizontally and fill it with Thermomix Custard.
Then sprinkle the surface with icing sugar.
