Squid Stew with Thermomix

A Squid Stew is a very good second dish with shellfish that is perfect when you have some guests and want to prepare something quick and luscious.

Preparing this Squid stew is very easy and everybody can do it. I copied this recipe from Alice De Cicco, one of our busiest fan on Facebook after she posted it on our Italian Facebook Page wall.

The very good fact about this dish is that you don't need to have so many ingredients at home. Moreover, many people think shellfish is difficult to prepare, but I can confirm this isn't true and there is nothing easier, especially if you have got a Thermomix ;-)

You can prepare many "sea" recipe with your Thermomix, here you are: if you prefer second dishes you may try the Cod Fish and Potatoes Pie, the Salmon Steaks with Green Sauce and Potatoes, if you love first dishes you must prepare the Seafood Risotto or the Sardinian Fregola with Crabs. Finally, here it is an international recipe, the Seafood Paella.
