Are you looking for a complete dish that your children like too? I've prepared this Zucchini, Pancetta and Pine Nuts Pasta with my Thermomix!
There are vegetables, meat and seeds. Each ingredient has good and useful properties for our body that are tasty at the same time. Cooking with Thermomix and weighing quantities appropriately you can also control calories income and avoid too much oil slipping out of your hand pouring a lot of it. :-)))
I cooked this dish on holiday at the seaside. I put all the ingredients inside Thermomix, water to boil and I let my daughters have a shower in the meantime. In short I got a very tasty dish for an army of starving in a quick and I could do other things at the same time thanks to my Thermomix being sure that pasta doesn't stick to the bottom.
How nice is having my Thermomix always with me!!! even on holidays...My husband thought I was joking when I brought my Thermomix bag with me in our over packed car! But when he saw I used to prepare a delicious meal everyday without any effort and time wasting, he changed his mind and was really happy to have less free space on our car! :-D

- 1/2 Onion
- 40 g Oil
- 300 g Zucchini
- 100 g Pancetta
- 50 g Pine Nuts
How to prepare the Zucchini, Pancetta and Pine Nuts Pasta
Put onion in the bowl. 3 Sec. Speed 7.
Add oil. 3 Min. 100°C Speed 1.
Cut zucchini in very fine rolls and put them in the bowl. 10 Min. 100°C Speed Gentle Stirring Reverse.
Add pancetta. 5 Min. 100°C Speed Gentle Stirring Reverse.
Add pine nuts.
When pasta is cooked put it in the bowl. Amalgamate. 10 Sec. Reverse. Speed 3.
For those children who don't like seeing zucchini pieces (even if you cut them very finely!), I suggest you mix zucchini after cooking. A few Sec. Speed 7. In this way you'll have a cream of zucchini very easy to be amalgamated with pasta. Children will eat it gladly.
