Thermomix Nutella Swiss Roll with Cream



Is there anything better than treating yourself with a good slice of a Nutella Swiss Roll with Cream?

Rolls are one of my passions, so last Sunday I prepared this recipe sent by Carla di Pagani with my Thermomix.

The Nutella Swiss Roll with Cream is a very good cake to prepare for your children' parties, a yummy snack that will delight everybody!

Making this cake is easy, especially if Thermomix helps you. The best part is when you must fill the base with that delicious chocolate and hazelnut spread everyone knows as Nutella!

This recipe has never been disappointing, according to my family and relatives' reaction. Success is guaranteed at the end of a meal. I don't have to tell you....it is a deli!

If you are a nutella-holic like me I suggest you try the Coconut and Nutella Cake and the Nutella and Min Syrup "Alien" Cake. While if you go crazy for Cream like my daughters take a look at the Chocolate and Whipping Cream Cake or at the Yogurt Cake with Cream and Custard, a delight.

Ingredients


- 5 Eggs
- 5 Tbsp Sugar
- 4 Tbsp Pastry Flour
- 1 Tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1 small glass Vegetable Oil
- 15 g Baking Powder

For the filling
- 1 glass Nutella spread
- 1 Whipping Cream pack (200 g)


How to prepare the Nutella Swiss Roll with Cream


Put all the ingredients in the bowl except for flour and baking powder. 40 Sec. Speed 3.

Add flour. 30 Sec. Speed 3.

Add baking powder. 30 Sec. Speed 3.

Roll this mixture on a greaseproof paper sheet on a pre-heated baking pan and bake at least for 15 Min.

Once removed from the oven spread with Nutella and let it get cold for about 5-10 Min.

Whip cream with Thermomix. 40 Sec. Speed 2/3.

Spread a layer of whipped cream on the Nutella layer and roll it up in the same greaseproof paper.

Keep refrigerated until you must serve it....et voilà! Done!


My advice


Keep the Swiss roll refrigerated for at least 2 hours before serving.

If you want to experiment new versions (not a good idea for children) you can replace Nutella with jam or custard and spread the base with Rum, Cointreau, Maraschino or other liqueurs.
