Banana Ice Cream with Thermomix
Do you know banana ice cream made with yogurt? Mamma mia… it is very creamy and absolutely appetizing to behold!

The ingredients are very simple: sugar, frozen banana and yogurt. Few and healthy ingredients for an ice cream that I can almost always make. In fact, bananas are found in every season. ;-)


- 3 bananas (about 360 g)
- 60 g sugar
- 125 g yogurt

Let's coook!

Peel 3 bananas and cut them into slices.

Arrange the banana slices on a tray and keep in the freezer for 12 hours.

Put 60 g sugar in the mixing bowl and pulverize 12 Sec. Speed Turbo.

Insert the frozen banana slices and blend 10 Sec. Speed 3.

Add 125 g yogurt and mix 10 Sec. Speed 4.

Make sure the ice cream is creamy.

Serve immediately or freeze for 1-2 hours.


Serve the banana ice cream with dark chocolate flakes or, if the season is right, serve it on a base of raspberries in syrup. Yum!
