Chilli Burgers with Thermomix

These Chilli Burgers are very tempting for everyone.

It's a very simple and quick recipe. Let's stop buying processed burgers sold in supermarkets! Now with these genuine products you can make them at home, and you can also flavour them as you like. All you need is Minced meat, sandwich loaf bread and eggs: ingredients that you'll easily find anywhere.

Chilli pepper isn't for everyone. For example children often don't like it, they prefer something mild. You can replace chilli pepper with rosemary, mint or parsely, according to your taste.

- 500 g Beef
- 50 gr Bread
- 1 Egg
- 1 Small Onion
- 1 Small Garlic Clove
- 10 g Salt
- A pinch of Chilli Pepper

How to prepare Chilli Pepper Hamburger Steaks

Put the beef in the mixing bowl and mince. 10-15 Sec. Speed 7. Put aside.

Put the bread , onion, garlic and chilli pepper in the mixing bowl and mix. 10 Sec. Speed 5.

Add beef, egg, salt, and mix. 3 Min. Speed Dough Mode.

Shape into small balls and then squash and shape as classic hamburgers.

How to cook Chilli Pepper Hamburger Steaks

These hamburgers can be cooked and served in two different ways: by cooking them in a frying pan and then by serving them as the classic fast food hamburgers or by shaping them into small meatballs and by cooking them with tomato sauce.

1° Variation
Cook hamburger steaks in a oiled frying pan. Brown some bread rolls in their inside and dress your hamburgers with salad, tomato, tomato ketchup, mayonnaise and serve with French fries.

2° Variation
Shape the mixture you prepared in the Thermomix bowl into small meatballs. Fry them and put in a pan with tomato sauce and a little bit of basil. You will prepare a yummy sauce for pasta but also a tasty second dish.
