Cod Fish and Potatoes Pie with Thermomix

The Cod Fish and Potatoes Pie with Thermomix is a very tasty main course. Are you looking for something a little different to serve at dinner to friends and family? This is a perfect choice: it has a very delicate taste and everyone will love it.

This pie is the kind of fancy food you'd find in classy restaurants, but with your Thermie everything's easy!

Despite its simple ingredients, this pie will always impress your guests, especially if cooked into single moulds and served with a side of green veggies.

In this fish pie all the flavours are brought out in a balanced way, it's really hard to find someone who doesn't like it.

It can also be a good compromise for children who don't like eating fish, because it has no bones.

It is a dish you may even prepare for Christmas dinner, or for an intimate New Year Eve dinner, to break with tradition and try something new!

The Salmon Steaks with Green Sauce and Potatoes could be another good fish dish for an important occasion, a dish you can couple with a first dish like this Seafood Risotto and some starters like the Tuna Dip, the Philadelphia Cheese, Tuna, Heavy Cream and Anchovies Sauce and the Philadelphia Cheese and Salmon Mousse served with croutons!

My Suggestions

You may serve this pie with some vegetables as side dish! They will complete the dish both at a nourishing and aesthetic level!

You can cook it in the microwave oven at a temperature of 700 watt for 8 minutes!
So quick!

Moreover, if you prefer, you can pour the mixture in a bigger baking pan, serve it in the middle of the table and let your guests pick the quantity they prefer!

I bet they will ask for seconds ;-)
