Turkey Roll with Thermomix

Would you like to prepare a turkey roll with Thermomix? This recipe will help you preparing a very light second dish while you can do other things.

Turkey meat is one of the most fat-free meat, that's why it is usually eaten by people who have cholesterol problems or are dieting. By adding some flavours, like celery, carrot, onion and a little bit of stock cube you'll get a mouth-watering dish for everyone.

It's a very versatile second dish, you may prepare it either for a smart lunch, served hot, or for a summer informal lunch, served cold with some dressings.

It is Maria Francesca's recipe from Teramo who wrote: " It's only a week since I've got my Thermomix and I tried to make this turkey roll with mashed potatoes as side dish".

If you haven't enough time, you can buy a ready-to-cook turkey roll or you can "have fun" by making it by yourself adding flavourings according to your personal taste and using cooking string. The cooking is so simple indeed, you just have to use the Varoma temperature!!! :-)))
