Coconut and Nutella Cake with Thermomix Would you like to prepare a delicious coconut and Nutella cake?Here you are! Coconut and chocolat combine perfectly that's why there are many snacks and biscuits with this two ingredients, but I had never found them in a cake.

This cake is the round, soft and delicate version of those chocolate bars filled with coconut that we've surely tasted at least once (I did more) in our life. In short, the legendary Bounty snack bar!!!! :-P. 

In this period of my life coconut it's attracting me so much and I want to try every single coconut recipe I read. Every artist has his phases, and so have we, we feel like artists at cooking (with Thermomix!), we live different moments: the tart phase, the baked pasta phase, the bread phase and so on in many flows that come back and meet them into each other. I


- 180 g sugar
- 1 tbsp Vanilla Sugar
- 150 g coconut flour (+ to taste for the covering)
- 150 g plain flour
- 100 g soft unsalted butte
- 200 g whole milk
- 1 tbsp liqueur to taste
- 3 eggs 
- 16 g baking powder 
- Nutella to taste to spread on the surface

Let's cook

Put 180 g sugar and 1 tbsp Vanilla Sugar in the mixing bowl and mix 10 Sec. Speed 9

Add 150 g coconut flour, 150 g plain flour, 100 g soft unsalted butter, 200 g whole milk, 1 tbsp liqueur to taste, 3 eggs and mix 20 Sec. Speed 6

Add 16 g baking powder and mix 10 Sec. Speed 6

Pour this mixture in a baking pan and cook. 20 Min. 160C and 15 Min. 180C. 

Spread an abundant layer of Nutella on the surface and sprinkle with coconut flour.


I used Zabov liqueur and it was excellent! Adjust the baking times of the cake according to your oven.
