Thermomix Muffins Recipe

Here is a very popular recipe: Thermomix muffins.

The Thermomix is obviously a great help because it makes everything faster. The result? A soft, soft and delicious treat to "fill" as you like!

In fact, this is the recipe for the basic muffin dough, to be associated with all the ingredients we like best.

Easy and quick to do, easy to carry wherever you want and ... Easy to eat!


- 160 g milk
- 120 g unsalted butter
- 100 g cane sugar
- 2 eggs
- 300 g plain flour
- 16 g baking powder
- 1 pinch salt

Let's cook

Heat 160 g of milk in the mixing bowl 2 Min. 37C Speed 1. Increase the time if the milk was in the refrigerator.

Add 120g of unsalted butter, 80 g cane sugar and 2 eggs. Mix 30 Sec. Speed 4.

Add 300 g plain flour and a pinch of salt mix 15 Sec. Speed 5.

Add 16 g baking powder and mix15 Sec. Speed 5.

Place the mixture in a greased muffin pan or fill cupcakes. Fill the molds only to 3/4 of the capacity.

Bake 15-20 Min. 180C or until golden.


I find it delicious for raspberry and white chocolate chip muffins!

If you want to flavour your muffins, you could add some jam  or you may add some dark chocolate chips!

You have to place the batter inside your muffin case until it is half full. Add the filling of your choice, then cover with another little batter until the mould is 3/4 full. Be careful and do not fill in completely because they could overflow in cooking.

You can use muscovado sugar or white sugar as a substitute for cane sugar.
