Thermomix Omelette Recipe

Have you ever had an omelette with Varoma? The idea of using Varoma to cook the omelette came to me after preparing the dough. Once the mixture was poured into a bowl, while I was putting the water in the jug to rinse it, I was enlightened. The result of the experiment was very positive !!

If you prepare it, you can completely avoid the oil and make it softer and lighter. In addition, if you are on a diet, you can even replace classic slices with low-fat ones. ;-)
If you are looking for an original way to cook eggs, I suggest the Egg Tripe.

6 people serving

- 5 g parsley - 10 g Parmesan Cheese
- 3 Eggs
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 500 g Water
- 2 slices of processed cheese

Let's cook

Put 5 g washed parsley and 10 g parmesan in the mixing bowl and chop 5 Sec. Speed 7.
Add 3 eggs, salt and pepper as needed and mix 5 Sec. Speed 3. Set aside.

Put 500 g water in the mixing bowl.

Line the Varoma with wet, wrung out backing paper and place it on top of the Thermomix with the lid closed.

Pour the egg mixture you have set aside into the Varoma lined with backing paper, cover with the lid and cook for 16 Min. Varoma Temp. Speed 1.

When cooked, put 2 slices of processed cheese in the center of the omelette.

Roll the omelette with the parchment paper, being careful not to burn yourself, and serve hot.

The omelette must be "slobbering" inside. For this the eggs must be mixed only the minimum necessary and the cooking must be less than that of the omelette. The uncooked egg will mix with the melted cheese to form a delicious cream.

You can indulge yourself with the filling by adding other chees or vegetable.

To add a special flavor, substitute or add other herbs such as oregano or thyme to parsley.
