Tzatziki Thermomix recipe

Tzatziki Thermomix recipe

Here is the Tzatziki Thermomix recipe, to bring to the table the most famous Greek sauce in the world in a few seconds!

I prepare it to make better cold salads or boiled potatoes. But it is used to accompany rice, meat, fish, vegetables and is also eaten as it is with bread.

I like also to eat it off the spoon... :-)

Preparing tzatziki for an aperitif or a quick dinner is always impressive and you take very little time! Few ingredients, a quick blending and bring to the table!

Ingredients

- A cucumber
- 2 cloves of garlic
- A sprig of dill
- 20 g extra virgin olive oil + as needed
- 400 g Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- salt to taste

Let's cook

Put a peeled cucumber in the mixing bowl and chop 20 Sec. Speed 7. Put to drain in a colander.

Put 2 cloves of garlic and a sprig of dill in the clean, dry mixing bowl and mix 25 Sec. Speed 7. Collect on the bottom.

Add 20 g extra virgin olive oil, 400 g Greek yogurt, 2 tbsp vinegar, salt, the well-drained cucumber pulp and mix 30 Sec. Speed 5.

Pour the sauce into a bowl, cover with a veil of extra virgin olive oil and close with plastic wrap.

Keep in the fridge until ready to bring to the table.

Tips

Instead of dill you can use a few mint leaves.

If you prefer a garlic-free tzatiziki just do not put it and it will still be good!
