So tasty, the Thermomix chicken nuggets are a course that everyone agrees: fried or baked, they sell like hot cakes! :-)

Basically they are homemade chicken nuggets. Also good with your favorite sauces! Ketchup, Bernese sauce, Hollandaise sauce.

There is something magnetic about these nuggets. It will be the shape or the size, the fact is that they tempt even the less hungry to give at least a taste! So when the appetite drops at home, I know how to wake it up. ;-)

We really like them with sweet paprika, which you find among the ingredients below (and which I advise you not to eliminate, at least the first time you try them!), but you can add spices and aromas for all tastes!

They are perfect for theme nights! For example, if you organize a movie night, you prepare them a little in advance and then eat them together on the sofa with forks or toothpicks. Maybe dipping them in a sauce and accompanying them with french fries….

A light thing? Well of course not, but you can refresh everything with some cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, fennel and raw carrots ;-).

Good cooking with Thermomix chicken nuggets!


(20 pieces)
- 1/2 shallot - A sprig of parsley
- 30 g of bread
- 20 g of Parmesan cheese
- 380 g of chicken breast
- A tsp of sweet paprika
- 10 g of lemon juice
- 2 eggs
- Salt to taste
- 50 g of plain flour
- 70 g of breadcrumbs

For frying
- Peanut oil to taste

Let's cook

Peel 1/2 shallot and wash and dry the leaves of a sprig of parsley.

Put the shallot and parsley in the mixing bowl and chop 3 Sec. Speed 7.

Add 30 g of bread, 20 g of Parmesan cheese and mince 10 Sec. Speed 8.

Combine 380 g of diced chicken breast, a tsp of sweet paprika, 10 g of lemon juice, an egg, a pinch of salt and blend 5 Sec. Speed 5.

Leave to rest in the refrigerator for 15 Min.

Form the dough into slightly elongated balls, mash them with your hand and set aside on a plate.

Prepare 3 dishes for the breading: put in the first 50 g of plain flour, in the second an egg beaten with a pinch of salt and in the third 70 g of breadcrumbs.

Pass the chicken first in the flour, then in the eggs and finally in the breadcrumbs. Gradually arrange the croquettes on a plate.

Put a pan with plenty of peanut oil on the heat and bring to temperature.

Fry and dispose of the grease on a sheet of absorbent paper.

Serve the nuggets hot with sauces of your choice. ;-)


Lightly grease your hands when forming the croquettes: you will be able to work them better!

How about a delicious and crunchy breading? Replace half of the breadcrumbs with corn flakes (possibly adding a spoonful of Parmesan cheese) or with chopped fries.

Do you prefer to bake croquettes in the oven? Arrange them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, brush them with extra virgin olive oil and cook for 20 Min. At 180C.
